(dark sinister music plays as a smoke cloud forming the Midway and Hasbro logos appears on screen)

Quan Chi:
Staten..have you come to make a bargain?

Staten:
Yes...I have.  I wish to have immortality.

Quan Chi:
Well you have made the right choice.  But in order for me to do that, you need to hand over your soul to Shang Tsung over there.  Is that understood?

Staten:
Yes.

Quan Chi:
Good.

(a purple aura of sorts surrounds Staten as he levitates in mid air and his soul is removed and transferred into Shang Tsung's body,  he transforms into a more monstrous version of himself)

Staten:
Yeeeessss....I feel the power! (roars)

Shang Tsung:
That is good,  now go out there and destroy them.

Staten:
I will.

(Staten flies off into the night)


(Scene: Cloudsdale, night.  We see a dragon-like monster slithering around in the darkness along with an evil female unicorn,  it is Discord and Nightmare Moon)

Luna:
Is our plan ready?

Discord:
Yes.

Nightmare Moon:
Soon...Equestria will be ours.

Discord:
And we shall bring chaos and destruction into it,  chaos,  lovely...beautiful, chaos!

(we see a portal open up and Mortal Kombat characters jump out of it along with some MLP characters)

V.A:

Applejack:
This is serious guys,  we have to do something.

Rarity:
Let's all band together to stop this rein of terror.

RD:
That's a radical idea!

Big Mac:
Eeeup.

All of them:

(they all put their hooves together)

Scorpion:
And so it begins..

Sonya:
Scorpion, are you sure you want to do this?

Scorpion:

(Scorpion and the other fighters begin training)

V.A:

(laughing evilly)

Oh boy..here comes trouble.

(Master of Puppets by Metallica plays as we see game footage)

V.A:

I'm going to wipe the floor with you.


V.A:

Demonic voice:
I am....Staten! And I shall conquer! (roars)

Twilight Sparkle:
No...Staten, noo..you've got fight this!

Staten:
It's too late...I made a deal with Quan Chi and I have been given immortality,  I can't die and I cannot be stopped, now die! *snarls*

Twilight Sparkle:
No...noo...!

(Staten swoops down)
