Description:
Ululaa is an anthro Minionette (genderbent version of Despicable Me Minions) with a peppy personality and a love for making people happy and clowning around,  she speaks English and Minionese and her main goal is to teach humans about the joy that comes with being a minion.  She comes from a very cartoony world that is influenced by old cartoons such as Warner Brothers or Tex Avery and is known for her quirky persona and upbeat way of life and is also known for being a mother figure.

Appearance:
She stands at 5'11 and wears a blue dress with a white collar,  she has long flowing black hair that is shoulder length - her fur is a bright yellow color and very soft and bouncy,  she has big round furry ursine-like ears and a bushy yellow tail as well as short paw-like hands and feet that are still very flexible,  she sports a pair of traditional Minion style goggles and has bright blue eyes that people can't resist looking into,  she is very fluffy and soft especially her tail.  She is often seen carrying a surprise basket with several prizes inside it - these are for the games that she plays.

She is known for wearing multiple different outlandish costumes including traditional Minion styled overalls which she wears when she's being her wacky self,  she has very cute looking features including a small black nose.  Sometimes she wears her hair in pigtails or tied-back.

Personality:
She is quirky, eccentric, energetic and playful but with a motherly and caring attitude towards her subjects - she likes to learn about how human things work and what humans do, of course she's known for being a mischievous prankster who loves to play practical jokes - she is also very compassionate and kind and believes that humans and her own kind are really not all that different.

Her creativity and imaginative nature help make her a fun-loving and lovable character, while still making her easily relatable to both humans and other monsters as they can easily relate to this zany yellow-furred cutie-pie and her happy go-lucky nature, but there are moments in she can be serious.

Powers:
Being the insanely creative cartoony character that she has, she has a variety of cartoony superpowers which she uses to cheer up any people who she feels need a bit of happiness in their lives or to teach people who don't like Minions about why Minions are loved so much.  She has a set of wacky cartoonish Minionizing moves and abilities she uses when dealing with such people and each move has some hillarious bonus-effect to it, they are as follows:

Pass the Banana: A pass the parcel type game where she makes a floating banana appear out of thin air, she gathers all her would be 'children' into one big circle, each time the banana is passed to a player - a variety of wacky cartoony things happen to them, like being stretched like taffy, being shrunken, or turning different colors.  Sometimes if the banana lands in the hands of a lucky player,  that lucky player will start to become more energetic and silly after eating said banana and even start being very affectionate towards her, calling her their 'mother'.

Minion Surprise Egg: A treasure hunt style game where the would be children are given a large egg shaped like a Despicable Me styled Minion,  inside the egg there are various prizes which the players have to find by digging around inside it -  the prizes often vary and may include toys,  video games or even special accessories like Minion goggles, when the egg is emptied of its prizes - it opens up and seals the player inside it to prepare them for what is to come later. The interior of the eggs are made from a soft, warm plush material that has a soothing touch, the egg gently cradles the soon-to-be-Minion child inside while their mother warms up for later.

Silly Song Time: This is where she sings a nonsensical but insanely catchy song that gets everyone singing along regardless of whether or not they understand what she is singing about,  this song has a hypnotic tone and beat that can get into the players brain and instinctively make them sing and dance along to it.  At the same time,  it makes them act all silly and cartoon-like just like her as well as making them speak or sing in Minionese.

Momma Ululaa's Playroom: Using her imagination, she can make any environment she sees fit into a fantastic play-room filled with toys and games for her and her would be 'children' to play with, this is also where most of the games takes place and where she gets to have the most fun,  in particular the way she raises and looks after them.

Ululaa's Little Minion: This ability of hers enables her to pick out a winner from one of her aforementioned games and raise them to be a Despicable Me styled minion to be one of her children,  she'll give them lots of love and affection and give them the prizes they have earned for winning the games and also give them their own large Minion surprise egg...the Minion surprise egg from earlier opens up and seals them inside as it rocks from side to side like a cradle - lowering the players mental defenses and making them more mischievous, zany, playful and energetic as a Minionese lullaby plays from inside the egg. Within several minutes the player within said surprise egg starts turning into a Despicable Me styled minion complete with the cartoon style behavioral traits and signature Minion outfits,  while retaining their hair,  once the new Minion is fully developed - the egg opens and the new Minion leaps out to embrace their new mother and is ready to continue playing.

Minion-Tag: This one may seem like a simple game of tag but it's much more complex than that, for this game she'll use her powers to tag a chosen player - usually a newly transformed Minion of hers, and have them turn other players into Minions as well by tagging them,  'tagging' works in the following pattern - if a turned Minion touches or hugs another player...that player becomes a Minion like them, this works in their mother's favor especially if she wishes to test her powers out on a group of people or heroes, for the latter it has the bonus of giving the Minionized heroes special accessories and items that match what kind of heroes they are (e.g Power Ranger/sentai styled Minion armor for ranger types and so on).  Sometimes if there is a player that hasn't been turned yet,  she plants a kiss on them that turns them into a Minion to serve as her special assistant regarding other festivities.

Costume Time: Ululaa puts on a special crazy fashion-show where she picks out players to try on a variety of silly and goofy costumes - this can be done on humans that haven't been turned yet as well as newly turned Minions,  this invokes use of creative play and allows them to use their imagination to take on a variety of different roles.  The sillier the better,  and the more they embrace their new roles as her Minions and also embrace their creative sides as well.

Prize Basket: This is where most of the prizes that she hides inside the egg are kept when they're not being used, including special gifts that she'll give to the Minions she loves the most - these gifts are usually special cartoony props and tools they can use to help her with festivities and party-throwing, as well as handing out gifts to give the others.

All of these abilities come in great use for making new Minions and can be used for all sorts of wacky scenarios that she or her 'children' may imagine up using their imagination,  and also encourage creative play and teamwork among other things as well as teach them what being a Minion is truly all about.

Strategy:
Her strategy is a very interesting one for sure, for starters it starts out with a comedic cartoon show about her and the Minions getting up to all sorts of comedic antics in the style of classic comedies from the silent era - each episode of the show is set in a zany cartoon word that is very much in the vein of classic Tex Avery/Warner Bros styled cartoons complete with all the goofy yet memorable cartoon cliches.  Live-action bits are sometimes included on the show, especially for scenes where she is interacting with real people.

Halfway through the show,  she breaks the fourth wall by addressing the viewers in both English and Minionese before leaping out of the tv in a cartoony manner, stretching herself into a variety of crazy shapes before landing on the ground, she isn't picky about what kind of people she chooses to be her 'children' by the way,  but she usually goes for people who either need cheering up or don't appreciate what the Minions are all about,  but she likes to entertain and play with them all the same.  After all, that's what she does best.

Sometimes she'll leave prizes from her basket out all over the place for the chosen subjects to find or send several of her own Minions who she treats as if they were her own kids to play a game of 'peekaboo' with them.  This gets their attention and gets them to follow them to where she is,  this is where they'll get to see her using her powers to start having fun and where game-time starts taking place.

The games are all very quirky and cartoony but are reminiscent of old party games one would have at a children's birthday party,  all with a Minion theme and plenty of interactivity,  game-time starts when she uses her signature warm-up superpower which is the following:

Momma Ululaa's Playroom: Using her imagination, she can make any environment she sees fit into a fantastic play-room filled with toys and games for her and her would be 'children' to play with, this is also where most of the games takes place and where she gets to have the most fun,  in particular the way she raises and looks after them.

It is then that the games start and the games - as mentioned above, are all are quirky and wacky Minion themed party-games that are interactive and invoke creativity, teamwork and using your imagination...they are are usually done in a random order, or sometimes are as follows:

Pass the Banana: A pass the parcel type game where she makes a floating banana appear out of thin air, she gathers all her would be 'children' into one big circle, each time the banana is passed to a player - a variety of wacky cartoony things happen to them, like being stretched like taffy, being shrunken, or turning different colors.  Sometimes if the banana lands in the hands of a lucky player,  that lucky player will start to become more energetic and silly after eating said banana and even start being very affectionate towards her, calling her their 'mother'.

Of course game-time is always continuous and the fun continues on and on even after she's gone - as sometimes if lucky that lucky assistant from earlier will get to take her place if she is defeated in someway.  Once the transformations are done, she'll reward all of her new 'children' with a big hug and special banana treats that they can share with others before taking them into a much bigger playroom for even more fun.

Weaknesses:
She tends to be very clumsy at times and makes a lot of mistakes,  sometimes she gets involved in various mishaps in which she may accidentally get herself hurt in some way...and sometimes her cartoon based powers take a bit of time to recharge, and also they don't work on beings like cyborgs or higher order beings such as gods or demi-gods, sometimes using her style of magic can be used against her as a means to defeat her but you have to be really good at it in order to do so.

If she is defeated in someway..it will be in a cartoony manner that will involve her going through multiple cartoony pratfalls and gags including being squashed as her powers weaken and she loses control of them before falling over and then shrinking to be the same size as her children before scurrying away and being placed in her own Minion surprise egg, which is where she'll rest until she gets better.

The transformations can be reversed, but it does take several hours for them to wear off without making a proper antidote for them, they do eventually get morphed back to normal but the subjects newfound love of fun and appreciation for Minions stays.

Of course game-time is always continuous and the fun continues on and on even after she's gone - as sometimes if lucky that lucky assistant from earlier will get to take her place if she is defeated, if she isn't defeated she and the others scurry away.  And also luckily, she can also be used to make into a special costume or item that will give them her powers and attributes.
