Minion Mother Ululaa:
Ululaa is an anthro Minionette (genderbent version of Despicable Me Minions) with a peppy personality and a love for making people happy and clowning around,  she speaks English and Minionese and her main goal is to teach humans about the joy that comes with being a minion.  She comes from a very cartoony world that is influenced by old cartoons such as Warner Brothers or Tex Avery and is known for her quirky persona and upbeat way of life and is also known for being a mother figure.

Being the insanely creative cartoony character that she has, she has a variety of cartoony superpowers which she uses to cheer up any people who she feels need a bit of happiness in their lives or to teach people who don't like Minions about why Minions are loved so much.  She has a set of wacky cartoonish Minionizing moves and abilities she uses when dealing with such people and each move has some hillarious bonus-effect to it, they are as follows:

Pass the Banana: A pass the parcel type game where she makes a floating banana appear out of thin air, she gathers all her would be 'children' into one big circle, each time the banana is passed to a player - a variety of wacky cartoony things happen to them, like being stretched like taffy, being shrunken, or turning different colors.  Sometimes if the banana lands in the hands of a lucky player,  that lucky player will start to become more energetic and silly after eating said banana and even start being very affectionate towards her, calling her their 'mother'.

Minion Surprise Egg: A treasure hunt style game where the would be children are given a large egg shaped like a Despicable Me styled Minion,  inside the egg there are various prizes which the players have to find by digging around inside it -  the prizes often vary and may include toys,  video games or even special accessories like Minion goggles, when the egg is emptied of its prizes - it opens up and seals the player inside it to prepare them for what is to come later. The interior of the eggs are made from a soft, warm plush material that has a soothing touch, the egg gently cradles the soon-to-be-Minion child inside while their mother warms up for later.

Silly Song Time: This is where she sings a nonsensical but insanely catchy song that gets everyone singing along regardless of whether or not they understand what she is singing about,  this song has a hypnotic tone and beat that can get into the players brain and instinctively make them sing and dance along to it.  At the same time,  it makes them act all silly and cartoon-like just like her as well as making them speak or sing in Minionese.

Momma Ululaa's Playroom: Using her imagination, she can make any environment she sees fit into a fantastic play-room filled with toys and games for her and her would be 'children' to play with, this is also where most of the games takes place and where she gets to have the most fun,  in particular the way she raises and looks after them.

Ululaa's Little Minion: This ability of hers enables her to pick out a winner from one of her aforementioned games and raise them to be a Despicable Me styled minion to be one of her children,  she'll give them lots of love and affection and give them the prizes they have earned for winning the games and also give them their own large Minion surprise egg...the Minion surprise egg from earlier opens up and seals them inside as it rocks from side to side like a cradle - lowering the players mental defenses and making them more mischievous, zany, playful and energetic as a Minionese lullaby plays from inside the egg. Within several minutes the player within said surprise egg starts turning into a Despicable Me styled minion complete with the cartoon style behavioral traits and signature Minion outfits,  while retaining their hair,  once the new Minion is fully developed - the egg opens and the new Minion leaps out to embrace their new mother and is ready to continue playing.

Minion-Tag: This one may seem like a simple game of tag but it's much more complex than that, for this game she'll use her powers to tag a chosen player - usually a newly transformed Minion of hers, and have them turn other players into Minions as well by tagging them,  'tagging' works in the following pattern - if a turned Minion touches or hugs another player...that player becomes a Minion like them, this works in their mother's favor especially if she wishes to test her powers out on a group of people or heroes, for the latter it has the bonus of giving the Minionized heroes special accessories and items that match what kind of heroes they are (e.g Power Ranger/sentai styled Minion armor for ranger types and so on).  Sometimes if there is a player that hasn't been turned yet,  she plants a kiss on them that turns them into a Minion to serve as her special assistant regarding other festivities.

Costume Time: Ululaa puts on a special crazy fashion-show where she picks out players to try on a variety of silly and goofy costumes - this can be done on humans that haven't been turned yet as well as newly turned Minions,  this invokes use of creative play and allows them to use their imagination to take on a variety of different roles.  The sillier the better,  and the more they embrace their new roles as her Minions and also embrace their creative sides as well.

Prize Basket: This is where most of the prizes that she hides inside the egg are kept when they're not being used, including special gifts that she'll give to the Minions she loves the most - these gifts are usually special cartoony props and tools they can use to help her with festivities and party-throwing, as well as handing out gifts to give the others.

All of these abilities come in great use for making new Minions and can be used for all sorts of wacky scenarios that she or her 'children' may imagine up using their imagination,  and also encourage creative play and teamwork among other things as well as teach them what being a Minion is truly all about.

Her strategy is a very interesting one for sure, for starters it starts out with a comedic cartoon show about her and the Minions getting up to all sorts of comedic antics in the style of classic comedies from the silent era - each episode of the show is set in a zany cartoon word that is very much in the vein of classic Tex Avery/Warner Bros styled cartoons complete with all the goofy yet memorable cartoon cliches.  Live-action bits are sometimes included on the show, especially for scenes where she is interacting with real people.

Halfway through the show,  she breaks the fourth wall by addressing the viewers in both English and Minionese before leaping out of the tv in a cartoony manner, stretching herself into a variety of crazy shapes before landing on the ground, she isn't picky about what kind of people she chooses to be her 'children' by the way,  but she usually goes for people who either need cheering up or don't appreciate what the Minions are all about,  but she likes to entertain and play with them all the same.  After all, that's what she does best.

Sometimes she'll leave prizes from her basket out all over the place for the chosen subjects to find or send several of her own Minions who she treats as if they were her own kids to play a game of 'peekaboo' with them.  This gets their attention and gets them to follow them to where she is,  this is where they'll get to see her using her powers to start having fun and where game-time starts taking place.

The games are all very quirky and cartoony but are reminiscent of old party games one would have at a children's birthday party,  all with a Minion theme and plenty of interactivity,  game-time starts when she uses her signature warm-up superpower which is the following:

Momma Ululaa's Playroom: Using her imagination, she can make any environment she sees fit into a fantastic play-room filled with toys and games for her and her would be 'children' to play with, this is also where most of the games takes place and where she gets to have the most fun,  in particular the way she raises and looks after them.

It is then that the games start and the games - as mentioned above, are all are quirky and wacky Minion themed party-games that are interactive and invoke creativity, teamwork and using your imagination...they are are usually done in a random order, or sometimes are as follows:

Pass the Banana: A pass the parcel type game where she makes a floating banana appear out of thin air, she gathers all her would be 'children' into one big circle, each time the banana is passed to a player - a variety of wacky cartoony things happen to them, like being stretched like taffy, being shrunken, or turning different colors.  Sometimes if the banana lands in the hands of a lucky player,  that lucky player will start to become more energetic and silly after eating said banana and even start being very affectionate towards her, calling her their 'mother'.

She tends to be very clumsy at times and makes a lot of mistakes,  sometimes she gets involved in various mishaps in which she may accidentally get herself hurt in some way...and sometimes her cartoon based powers take a bit of time to recharge, and also they don't work on beings like cyborgs or higher order beings such as gods or demi-gods, sometimes using her style of magic can be used against her as a means to defeat her but you have to be really good at it in order to do so.

If she is defeated in someway..it will be in a cartoony manner that will involve her going through multiple cartoony pratfalls and gags including being squashed as her powers weaken and she loses control of them before falling over and then shrinking to be the same size as her children before scurrying away and being placed in her own Minion surprise egg, which is where she'll rest until she gets better.

The transformations can be reversed, but it does take several hours for them to wear off without making a proper antidote for them, they do eventually get morphed back to normal but the subjects newfound love of fun and appreciation for Minions stays.

Of course game-time is always continuous and the fun continues on and on even after she's gone - as sometimes if lucky that lucky assistant from earlier will get to take her place if she is defeated, if she isn't defeated she and the others scurry away.  And also luckily, she can also be used to make into a special costume or item that will give them her powers and attributes.

Lord El Beasto:
Lord El Beasto is an ex-villain turned good monster who is a fighter and teacher,   he is inspired by legends of ancient anthropomorphic animal gods like the ones in Egyptian folklore and also by ancient Mayan legends and myths,   he is known for his very distinctive appearance and his deep,  gravelly,  haunting,  intimidating voice that has an Eastern LA Drawl and a slight Mexican-American accent.

Don't let this guy's 5'7 height fool you,   he's actually a lot more physically imposing than most mortals imagine him to be,   after all -  he is a reincarnated beast-god.   His form here though is that of a muscular Hispanic man with skin that has various scars and tattoos on it including one of a phoenix type bird on his left arm and one of a cat-like woman wearing a sombrero on his chest.   His face is where the scars are most evident,  as he has seen many fights and been involved in many of them.   He also sports a long,  thin black handlebar mustache above his upper lip,  his  features are heavily linned and grizzled but they give him a very tough look.

He has long jet black hair that is often either shoulder length or tied back into a ponytail,  his ears are slightly pointed,  he is either seen wearing armor with an animal or beast theme to it or just seen in a royal dark brown robe that is half open at the front to reveal his muscular chest and torso.

He also has a more beast-like form which serves as his game face,  this is where he grows whiskers and his dark brown eyes turn neon green and become jaguar-like while bison-like horns grow out from the top of his head as his fingernails lengthen and sharpen...his features stay the same.

He may look gruff and beastly but he is a real kind and gentile creature who cares deeply about his legion of admirers and followers,   he is also very warm-hearted and good-natured despite the fact he's an ex-villain,   and he cares deeply about the well-being of others...he likes helping people get on the right track in life.

It is also shown he is very compassionate and nurturing especially towards animals that may be ill or injured or in danger of dying,   he loves to take care of animals and also of people -  and he likes teaching  people how to better themselves.

He's never really as beastly or antagonistic as mortals tend to think he is,  and if he is -  it's only because he is teaching them a very vital lesson and that's that being bad doesn't pay,  he teaches people that one should be try to live a good life and do good deeds.

In short -  he is a very generous and gregarious creature with a good sense of humor and is considered to be the nicest of monsters and is very nurturing and lovable despite being an ex-villain and everything,   he's also very protective of his legion of followers.    And also...it doesn't pay to make him angry,   he's not such a sweetheart when he's angered and his more beastly instincts show themselves...but luckily it doesn't show that often.

He doesn't approve of things like bullying to get what you want,  betraying your friends for reasons such as making shady deals with dark supernatural forces (or other complicated reasons that may involve said person becoming a slave to a higher power being),  and mistreating others for the sake of hurting their feelings.

Being a reincarnated beast-god he has heightenend senses and inhuman agility and strength, he is also a shapeshifter and has more than one form which he uses,  there's his main human form, his Half-beast form which serves as his game-face and his animal form which is a mix between a bison and a Jaguar and is anthropomorphic -  while still retaining his signature looks as well as his voice.

He is also a skilled warrior and hunter as well as a skilled fighter,  he also has hypnotic powers which he can use to influence others and get them to follow his example,  he also can turn people into various anthro animal forms,   he can also turn his male subjects into weaker versions of himself or sometimes TG them into anthro jaguar-girls to be his loyal handmaidens,    it is shown he can transfer his aura to others and make them just like him,  this 'aura'  acts like a spirit that still roams around even if he is defeated in someway and can still make a positive impact on their lives.

Unlike most monsters who choose to go after their chosen victims because they seem as potential prey or minions,   he chooses to go for  people who do bad deeds so that he may share his lessons with them,   for he believes that people like that can be redeemed and that everyone has good in them -  even if they are pure evil.   Of course he enlists hero types to help him with this quest of his.    As a pseudo-hero type himself,   he can share his other-worldly wisdom and expertise with others and teach them fellow heroes how to be better at their jobs without being forceful,  militant or bossy.

He uses a combination of his hypnotic powers and his other worldly wisdom to get them to listen to his every word,  giving each and every one a chance to tell him about their own personal experiences and in turn...becoming more attentive to his every word,  as his words of wisdom sink in and make them want to follow him and be a part of his adoring legion of followers.

This comes in the form of play-fighting with a selected member of his audience,  he often takes on the role of a biker,  thug,  mercenary,  or other villainous role -  the reason to do is to teach young up-and-coming monsters that if you do bad things you either get defeated or get sent to prison.   He lets the heroes try their hand at 'defeating' him, and always plays fair and gives others a turn.

Of course he assures them that he'd never advocate hurting other people or monsters unless said monsters were harming others or are trying to brainwash or corrupt heroes into making them do evil things for them or enslaving them or anything involving shady supernatural deals with higher powered beings,   he also tells them that they can help him in his quest without needing to do any of the aforementioned things,  all he needs from them is their love and support -  he doesn't wish to rule all or destroy humanity,   those days are far behind him.

The hypnotic powers are unlike the standard ones most monsters use as he doesn't use them for corrupting heroes...they have healing properties that clear the mind,  are great for meditation and help ease tension and stress but at the same time help them make use of their potential and to earn his trust...which can also easily be done separately as well -  these rub all negative thoughts out.

If he ever feels that someone is getting out of line,   he'll comfort them and teach them how to better themselves and how to make use of their skills and potential in creative and non-harmful ways,  acting very nurturing and fatherly towards them.   Especially if they've been bullied or treated unfairly.

His hypnosis sessions also give his followers a chance to live out their wildest dreams including dreams of helping him wherever he goes,  and of the exotic kingdom he often tells them about in his life stories, in the process they learn a lot from him and take after him as well as gain a more positive outlook.

In addition to this they slowly but surely are transformed into anthro animal forms including ones of their choice and they are looked after him and cared for,  sometimes they are turned into jaguar-like creatures -  this is most common with females who become jaguar-girls,  but males can also be TGed into jaguar-girls as well.    In some special cases,  males can become exactly like him but with slightly weaker powers,  or sometimes anthro jaguar/bison hybrid creatures to be his special partner.

Heroines who he sees potential in are given a special ceremony in which they are given special empowerment lessons and taught all of the techniques that he also has,  he also gives them special powers like his and makes them into a beast-goddess who will help him search out more potential followers.

Once the process is completed -  he treats all of his followers with a trip to his temple where they are all added into his already steady legion of followers,  ready to help him no matter where his mission takes him and to teach the differences between right and wrong to other young monsters out there.

Although he has godly powers at his disposal,  his powers aren't as effective on beings like robots or the undead but they work fine on other monsters and can be used to counter-balance any damage done by a demon or similar being -  with the latter it breaks the poor victim free of any demonic influences including breaking any contract they may have been under at the time they turned against a particular hero.

Despite being a reincarnated god,  he can be defeated in numerous supernatural ways but mostly involving the same kind of spells he himself uses only to a slightly stronger extent,  but in the case in which he is defeated it will usually start with him involuntarily switching back and forth from human form to half-beast form,  to anthro animal form before weakening and losing his aura before he briefly takes on the form of a monstrous anthro jaguar-bison hybrid -  when it's over,   he either becomes stuck in human form or half-beast form for a while before he is sealed inside his own temple where he is laid to rest until he recovers before disappearing in a cloud of dark green smoke leaving only his aura behind.

While his subjects do eventually morph back to normal,  their new outlook on life stays along with their more positive attitude.  If he is not defeated,  he will be transferred to a spectral prison of sorts or simply turn into anthro bison/jaguar hybrid form and slink off into the night or possibly slink back into the temple he came from.

But his impact is a lasting one, and even after the battle is over -  he will still be there in spirit as his aura guides them both when they're awake and when they're asleep -  and in their hearts,  minds and in their dreams...and if lucky,  someone might have his aura transferred into them and they might inherit his powers and positive traits both physically and mentally.
