Brundle's Swarm: A group of fly-like insectivores that work together with one common goal, they want a leader.  Their name comes from the character Seth Brundle as played by actor Jeff Goldblum in the 1986 remake of the Fly, which goes with their overall theme.  They are gifted flyers and can swoop around in multiple different locations,  in addition to this they can create paintings of their subjects.

Their most common method is using their special Mosquito-like needle protrusions that stick out of their back to weaken their subject and inject them,  which slowly and gradually alters their DNA and turns them into a human/fly hybrid creature, sometimes more humanoid with insect-like traits to serve as a leader.  Since they are also able to make clothes out of thin air for their subjects and when making themselves an insectivore queen or king type they will do this.  Although the subject is gradually becoming a human/insect hybrid,  they are fine with being turned and are okay with the corruption aspect as well.

Being bug types their main weakness is of course their weakness to rock, flying and fire types.

Minion-Girl Plague: Another type of supernatural virus that transforms the victims, centered around the Minions of the Despicable Me series and shorts - with a twist, you see...these minions are minionettes (as in female minions) and they are anthro but have traits of regular Minions like cartoony personalities, speaking Minionese as well as English, a love of fruit and humorous antics.  The virus is one that serves as both a computer/virus and an actual one,  which slowly but surely works its way on the victims, turning them into silly, funny, quirky and adorable Minionettes.  The virus in general is a nod to typical zombie virus scenarios as in Minionettes can transfer the virus to others but in different ways.

One way is via hugs and kisses,  another uses the technological aspect and appears in the form of an email or screenmate that messes with the other icons on screen,  another technological way of spreading the plague they have is with a fake message that appears to be exactly like the 'Important Security Message' scam image that you sometimes get, and they can also transfer it through an aura transference technique among others.  The process works in a way akin to typical b-movie zombie viruses and also akin to how vampirism works in movies specifically ones from the 80's and 90's as well as early 2000's.   It can both affect females and males, with females it turns them into Minionettes reflecting their personalities and clothing choices (although with some males that this happens to, this may invoke elements of dressing up in various types of gowns/dresses and attire that that goes with their cute appearances),  with males it slowly but surely TGs them into a Minionette in a bit by bit fashion.  Sprouting yellow fur all over their bodies, gaining a lithe, but feminine and graceful physique, gaining cute half paw-like hands and feet and fluffy tails to go with their fur and round bear-like ears.  And yes, they are some that even become chubby and extra fluffy Minionettes too.

Both processes are mental and physical and will sometimes have it so the victim is enjoying what is happen and they like being a minionette and that minions in general are terrific,  and that everyone should experience the joy of minion-ness.  They will act more cartoony and Minion-like as the process progresses but they do not mind it, another means the Minionettes have to turn others is with special banana treats they give out.  They also have an area which is used to increase the chances of becoming Minionized, a huge hi-tech playroom with various toys and games as well as various mazes including ones that are scare centric like Universal Studios's Halloween Horror Nights.   There are also living plushie Minionettes and Minionette dolls that nurture their victims and raise them,  turning them into Minionettes to serve as a sibling to them.

Of course much like with the vampires in the 1996 film From Dusk Till Dawn, the virus has a way of carrying on even if one manages to stop the Minionette that turned them and thus it won't stop the virus from influencing said victims,  as it will just keep on spreading.  Also they may be a chance of various hybrid Minionettes being created as well.
Two of my plague inspired creations.
