Pop Culture Vamp Meme

NOTE:  Before I start i'd like to apologize for the small nearly unreadable text,  it is just the way the meme is laid out.

1. "Okay - let's get the ball rolling.  Who is your vampire character"?
His name is Chris:  He is an alpha Walken.
Chris: My name is Christopher,  but you call me Chris the alpha Walken.

2. "Great.  So did you base him/her on any particular vampire mythos?  Did you stick with traditional bloodsucker or did you add your own twists?"
Yes,  I used various different pieces of classic vampire folklore plus a few influences from other non-vampire characters like the Boogieman,  Candyman,  Tall Man,  King Sombra,  and the Hessian Horseman.
Chris: I'm based on/inspired by old school vampires,  as in Hammer Horror as well as by the 1992 adaptation of Dracula.

3. "I'm not cruel so let's start you off with something easy,   what does he/she think of the original Bram Stoker's Dracula?"
Chris: Ah, what a fine piece of literature.  This is how bloodsuckers like me should be represented and what we should be like.  None of them that teen romance nonsense.


4.  "I lied. I am cruel. And in a fit of villainy I made him/her read Stephanie Mayer's Twilight instead.  What is his/her reaction?"
Chris: *growls* YOU DID WHAT?  RRRR..THAT'S IT! I AM GOING TO REACH FOR THE NAPE OF YOUR NECK,  BITE YOU AND LAP UP THE BLOOD THAT DRIPS OFF OF IT WHILE YOU SCREAM IN AGONY! *he roars,  his already blue eyes turn aquamarine blue*

5.  "Muwahaha. *cough*  Sorry,  i'll keep my evil in check from now on.  To make up for it,  do your character doing something epically violent to a character from Twilight,  if not -  call them on out on their bullshit."
Chris: Gladly.   That Bella chick..she is stupid as all hell.   If I were her,  I would have said THIS to Captain Sparkle-pants/emo-Edward - "You're talking to me all wrong,  it's the wrong tone...do it again,  and i'll stab you in the face with a soldering iron."

6. "Okay that's enough about Twilight.  Now are there any vampire books or books with vampires in them that he/she likes?"
Plenty of them but it's hard to say which ones though.

7.  "Anything's better,  right?  Which vampire from an anime/video game/movie/book/tv show would he/she get along with?"
Chris:  It would definitely have to be Jerry Dandridge, the original (Chris Sarandon) not Collin Farrell.  That vampire has style, and not to mention he's really nice.

8. "Just for lulz...let's have them swap clothes."
Chris: *wearing Jerry's outfit*  Like I said earlier,  Jerry's got style.

9.  "Does your character think that the media unfairly sexualizes vampires?  I mean they're not all sex-fiends yet?"
Chris: Yes.   Take what Eliza used to be like before the whole 'hellhound bent on killing humanity'  phase for example,  she had the habit of seducing me into becoming the Hessian side and my Walken side,  on the other hand she did help make me the Walken I am today, but still...that girl is just so confusing sometimes,   no one knows the real her not even her friends -  I don't think even Reibi knows,  she just takes on that neko form because it's appealing.   I assume the form I used to have as a human to blend in.   I know she's a servant of Hades,  but damn...'easy on the killing sprees,  girl -   leave some for me and my army'.   'You're not the only bloodthirsty creature of the night here, you know!'  Yes,  I definitely think the media oversexualizes vampires and it's just plain sad.

10.  "Ask a Stupid Question.   So if he/she had to be a vampire in a certain movie/book/tv show/video game's universe what would it be?  And yes,  he/she would have to follow the lore of that world."
Chris:  Definitely either the Buffyverse or the Underworld universe.  Mainly because i've done battle with Buffy Summers before,  and I won.

11. "WHAAAT IS A MAN? *cough* .  Sorry.   What is his/her favorite media incarnation of Dracula?
Chris:  Definitely either Frank Langella,  Christopher Lee,  Lesslie Nielsen,  and Gary Oldman.  I love his hair-do!  And his outfits.  Not to mention he's pretty damn handsome in his younger form.

12. "Your character gets to go on a date with any movie vampire of their choice.  Who would it be and why?  The character,  not the actor.    But that doesn't stop them from looking alike."
Chris:  I'm already married to the actress who plays her,  but it would have to be Selene from the Underworld franchise -  she's got blue eyes like me.

13. "Oh crap.  A vampire from a video game has burst into the room,  who is he/she and what does he/she want with your character?"
Chris:   Alucard wants to team up with me?   Very well.  I accept.

14.  "Someone came up to your character and asked them if they sparkle.  What is their reaction?
Chris:  Excuse me for a second.  *he rushes off with inhuman agility,  a few minutes later loud screams are heard as the person who asked him if he sparkled,  is decapitated Hessian Horseman style and has his/her blood lapped*  Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaawr! *snarls, channeling the Hessian*  *a few minutes later*  Okay,  i' m back.  *licks the blood off his lips*

15.  "'snortgiggle.  Okay,  seriously is there any vampire who could kick his/her ass?  I mean they're not all THAT lame."
Chris:  Yes...Angelus/Angel,  or Blade.
