Mamalita.

Mamalita: A Nanny-escue plus sized anthro animal monster that is a mix of several different species including a deer, a koala and a cow. She is a magical Rescuer and protector type who looks after children in need of assistance and protects them from evil,  she is peppy and high-spirited and she never gives up.  She has an assortment of magical powers including wish-granting and healing powers which she uses,  when she travels from realm to realm she sets up special schools where she can teach kids and humans in general how to use magic and also help them relax by teaching them various techniques and spells,  the cafeteria of this particular area has a variety of food including various different supernatural drinks -  this include milk that comes in different flavors and when it is drunken it aids with the hypnotic conditioning process that was started by the lessons and helps make them get even more relaxed.

As they become and more relaxed, they will feel themselves taking after her in numerous ways, children will be transformed into mini versions of her species to be her own and adults will be transformed into the regular or large size versions of her species,  females slowly transforming and becoming more and more like her mentally and physically -  sometimes she may TG a male into an identical version of her to be her sister or assistant in a manner akin to twinning/cloning.
